“Though my coaching has ended, Roya still checks in with me on occasion. She asks how I am doing and if I’m having any trouble. I tell her of my problems and the steps I have taken to try to solve them. She lets me know that I am doing the right thing and suggests alternatives to my course(s) of action. So even though my coaching has ended, I still have someone right there along with me, supporting my decisions and helping me reach my goals. Roya is truly a great ADHD coach and friend.”
