Adult ADHD Coaching Testimonial

As an adult with previously untreated Attention Deficit Hyper Activity Disorder (ADHD), my treatment with Roya Kravetz makes it obvious that “retraining” our adult brains is entirely possible. Though Roya & I have worked together for a short time, she’s given me practical daily techniques to manage my mental disorderliness.
Roya also checks-in with me via telephone and holds me accountable to daily routines, scheduling, and prioritizing—all of which I’ve struggled with my entire life. I’m confident that I can implement Roya’s strategies to sort-out my executive disorder dysfunction. More importantly, Roya continually reminds me that ADHD is not a curse; that ADHD can be channeled into highly useful skills/tasks; and, that ADHD is not a reflection of a lack of intelligence—instead, she continually reiterates her many highly successful adult clients that have learned to channel ADHD into productivity.
