The Power of ADHD Group Coaching

ID-100241008A mother with an adopted child was referred to me for a parent coaching group. Overwhelmed by her daughter’s unruly behavior, this mother was left feeling as though returning her child to the country of origin was her only option.

Thanks to the supportive group environment of sharing emotions, thoughts, and experiences, this mother garnered considerable emotional support and practical advice. She also gained the crucial understanding of what ADHD was, how it affected her daughter, and the critical role that parents play in assisting their children to overcome challenges.
