What if All Institutions Copied the Google Model?

ID-100173782At Google, the employees allot 20 percent of their work time to brainstorming novel ideas. In 2005, 50 percent of the new products launched by Google were conceived during this brief period of time.

People with ADHD are known to be very creative and “out-of-the-box” thinkers…perfect brainstormers!

What if all institutions/companies/schools followed the Google example and gave more importance to creativity, imagination and forward thinking? My guess is that everybody would benefit. It is time we put less emphasis on linear thinking and value more creativity in order to achieve a balance…just imagine!
